Off peak season I sent boxes to Cebu took exactly couple months and I was very surprised boxes going to Mindanao arrives the same day I thought the ship stops in Cebu first before it gets to Mindanao area (bxu) I am very pleased of UMAC shipping. Peak season most likely arrives max 3 months Visayas n Mindanao area. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 excellent service guys boxes arrive in full and good condition. Grateful for the Galos family Olathe, KS

Mang Fred and his wife Aida who is always on time when he says he will pick it up and always cheerful and happy. Thanks to those who worked hard and handle the boxes with care, knock on wood my family received it in good shape always. Never had problems. It will take a while, over 8 weeks but in good shape. I just sent mine last month and I am hoping it will be there when I come to visit the Phil's. next yr. of Jan. 2024.

Our boxes when they arrived in the Philippines are intact of which I witnessed because I was home in the Philippines when they were delivered. UMAC is rialable company, and they make sure your boxes reach the destination in a good condition. Send 5 boxes last year and take longer what it should be but it's understandable because of covid pandemic. With that said, all 5 boxes received perfect no damages. I highly recommended UMAC to everyone.

Send 2 boxes this year and it took longer to arrive probably due to the effect of COVID. Boxes are tractable through their website. UMAC is highly recommended.

Thank you to MR Rowel and his team at UMAC CEBU for getting our boxes to my wife with a day to spare before she left to return to the UK. You received them from the Port on 18TH August, unloaded on the 19th and delivered to the province the next day 20th. You cannot get any quicker/better than that. She left for the city on the 21st as she flew out on the 22nd of Aug Brilliant turn around. As usual our boxes arrived in perfect condition and had been well strapped up by FOREX UK whom we have dealt with for over 16 years, and we have never had a problem with their handling. Always delivered by UMAC in perfect condition and in the best times available.
Steven H, United Kingdom, August 24, 2022 Excellent service, contacted via email many times and had a very quick, positive and helpful response on every occasion regarding updates on my boxes. I was on holiday in the Philippines (CEBU) as I reside in the UK and was desperate to receive my boxes prior to my return Which was on Monday 22nd Aug. MARIKINA liaised with the VISMIN MANAGER to prioritize my boxes hopefully getting them to me prior to my departure. At this point it was was totally defendant on the Shipping and Customs from MANILA and then CEBU. The boxes ended up arriving at the Port in CEBU on Thursday 18th Aug and were collected the very same day, they were sorted and arranged for delivery on Friday 19th Aug and then sent out for delivery the very next day Saturday 20th AUG and thankfully mine were delivered to me in the Province by lunchtime in perfect condition and were both strapped up with three straps each by FOREX UK Who we have shipped with for over 15 years and have never had one problem with any of our boxes. You cannot get any prompter and better than that and as my date of departure was Monday 22nd Aug, but I was leaving the province for the city on the Sunday 21st. So, with everyone's help at UMAC I received my boxes with a day to spare which was great as I had lots of gifts to dispense. Many thanks to you all Kind regards.
